What are Chloramines

Chloramines cause the following physical symptoms

  • The "chlorine" smell many people associate with chlorine pools.
  • Breathing difficulty leading to "swimmers' asthma" particularly in young children.
  • Dry red eyes, burning sensation in nose, throat and lungs, dry itchy skin and dry hair.
  • Chloramines can aggravate digestive disorders if swallowed.
